Colin DeWaay Training – Fitness Page
Welcome to Colin DeWaay Training, a fitness site for all your needs! I recently switched over my old blog to this new self hosted website. While I did transfer over all old blogs my new vision for this site is to keep it to a information site where I write articles and post videos about muscle-building, fat loss, strength and all things fitness. So since I didn’t want the site to be “bloggy” I deleted all posts I felt were more blog type material. That left me with a grand total of 4 posts left. After that I spend a lot of time cleaning things up, fixing broken links, making sure everything is getting indexed and running fast, etc.
What I will likely do to start things off is repost some of the old articles as well as some I’ve written in the past on other sites to get things going. Plus I was in the middle of writing a series for lifestyleandstrength.com and for it to make more sense on my own website I’ll need to put those up first. It will give me an opportunity to get some content on the site and catch anyone up who missed those articles. If your current goals have anything to do with building muscle this is a series you aren’t going to want to miss. I will start to release them every couple of days right after the Thanksgiving break.
Things you can expect from this site in the future:
Plenty of myth busting – I feel like there is a lot of myths in the fitness world and I aim to dispel them one at a time so you can know the truth about what works and in turn likely save yourself a lot of time and money.
Information about gaining muscle size and strength – The two do not always go hand in hand but at the same time they can. You will learn about how to approach your training depending on your goals.
Information on fat loss – Again there is a lot of misinformation out there and people spend a lot of time going about things in a less than optimal way. I aim to put that in the past.
Online Coaching – I’m in the process of setting up online coaching for those of you who are looking for some additional help.
Video content – I run a YouTube fitness channel which you can subscribe to but I will also be utilizing videos to help this website.
Motivational Material – I don’t think anyone should rely upon motivation, but it’s good to get some from time to time. For more on this topic check out this video:
